Your challenge:
You will deliver operational support to our internal customers and the HR team, master our systems and provide advice on a range of HR policy and process matters. More concretely, you will
- drive & re-think our On Boarding process
- drive digitalization in our HR processes
- assist in the day to day operations of the HR team (eg. Absences, HR helpdesk Ticketing, ...)
- handle Employee Contract Management (from A to Z)
- master and maintain SAP SuccessFactors (Master Data, Compensation, Learning, Employee Central…)
- review and set-up a Monthly HR Management Reporting System
- collaborate with the Insurance providers & answer employee questions
- coordinate employee training EMEA-wide
Your profile:
- first HR experience in an international context (preferably)
- Bachelor or Master Degree people person
- ability and desire to work autonomously
- thoroughness & accuracy are key competencies for this role
- excellent English and Dutch written and verbal communication skills (German and French knowledge is a strong plus)
- SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
- strong focus on and sound interest in innovation and digitalization
- This role reports into the HR Business Partner, and is located in our Tessenderlo headquarters (Belgium)
