Sales Representative - Berlin & East Germany

In order to reinforce our German Diagnostics Sales Team at Tosoh, we are currently looking for an experienced

Sales Representative

...with a passion for IVD and a drive for succes, to cover Sales in Berlin & East of Germany.

It is your main mission to maximize the revenue from sales of the organization’s products and/or services through a base of customers  in assigned territory. 
Be the representative of Tosoh brand to the customer. 
Act as trusted partner to existing customers. 
Manage and drive development of accounts according to strategic and budget plan. 
Contribute in enforcing the image and brand in eyes of customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of Tosoh products and/or services and solution to current and new  end customers in line with sales targets and company  goals
  • Create, monitor and revise plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
  • Maintain existing customer base and develop new sales opportunities
  • Monitor profitability and maximize the revenue from existing accounts
  • Inform customers of new products/solutions and prices
  • Meet or over achieve territory targets in line with the Company goals
  • Optimization of installed instruments
  • Sales reporting
  • Report and maintain records in the Company’s CRM system to include prospects, opportunities, contact and competition etc.
  • Capture and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, contracts and tenders etc
  • Organize demonstrations and presentations
  • Co-ordinate new installations and evaluations on your sales region
  • Promote the companies profile and products at exhibitions and other commercial events
  • Develop good product and competitor knowledge


  • Master or Bachelor of Science or  medical technical assistant
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of sales experience with proven track record in IVD market
  • German: excellent knowledge (mother tongue level)
  • English: business language – good knowledge
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Drive for success and accomplishment
  • Readiness to travel
  • Self-motivator
