Instrument Services Specialist
… with a passion for troubleshooting, quality and delivering service
The Instrument Services Specialist is responsible for reconditioning, testing and repairing equipment and components in our repair center environment following established procedures, making sure that repaired products meet technical specifications.
Your challenge
- You prepare instrument-related materials and check returned instruments and parts
- You repair returned instruments so they can be sold into the market again
- You repack the instruments and assemble maintenance kits
- You manage the scrap of the discontinued parts and instruments
- You maintain and repair in house instruments for training purposes in our Training room.
- You keep procedures-flows and documents up to date, and ensure compliance with procedures
- You give phone support to the field service engineers and assist in the field upon special request
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Electro mechanics, Electronics/ICT
- Ideally you have a first job experience in a similar role
- English excellent knowledge, Dutch, French or German is a plus
- Focused and accurate way of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Service-minded and customer-centric
- MS Office, SAP
- Being able to work autonomously yet keep a team focus
